registering
We encourage guests to register with the management before they enter the apartment, share payment receipts, get permission and keys for the house.
short period guests
For guests paying for short periods. There are certain benefits you are not entitled to and those are included, full DSTV, WIFI internet, electric gas cooker, unless you cater for those expenses by yourself and management will have to be notified.
first-come first-serve
Certain types of short-term bookings may be prohibited if you will take time to get in. Because, we would welcome the first come and first served. This is however different to guests staying for 30 days or beyond.
your caretaker
You are advised to get in touch with the caretaker for certain things you may need in place since you are a guest, management may be notified as lastly, those include food you may need to buy outside then cook them.
your property
Taking care of all properties found in the apartment is your responsibility and should never be compromised.
payment/refund policy
The amount should strictly be deposited on the account provided by management and we may not accept cash in our hands. Once payment is made and any changes occur, you could get refund minus days, No Refund in case you have passed 15 days to enter the apartment.
lost & found property
The management will take care of calculating all properties found in the house in your presence, sign the forms that indicate all of them in good condition, and if any damages occurred during your stay, you will be advised to pay a certain amount of money for replacement before you leave the apartment.
pets policy
Pets may be allowed for guests staying longer and you would notify management about it so that they allow you in.
smoking policy
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed and if you are addicted of doing it, you could still notify the management to stay aware and consider on what protocols to be observed.
