SEVEN-YEAR ASYLUM WAIT ENDS IN VICTORY

Today we share an #asylum story 👇 About 7 years ago we had three different Uzbek folks who all knew each other hire us for asylum cases. Slowly, over the years, the interviews trickled in. SLOWLY. Two of them were approved in the last couple of years and both have their green cards now. The third was waiting in the US with his wife and kids. For years and years. I went to his interview in February of 2020. Right before lockdown. Still, he waited. Finally, he got sick of it and our awesome Pod L team filed a lawsuit for him this year. The asylum office called - they had a ridiculous request. Our client had traveled to the EU a couple of times to work on his business. The asylum office thought they had us - they thought that he had lived in the EU. They sent us a request for information about that. By the time we actually received the request, their "deadline" had passed already - once again, Attorney Christina and the Pod L reached out to let the asylum office know. We filed our response that same day, letting them know, with all the passport stamps, that he had just temporarily traveled there. Finally, after 7 years of waiting, his asylum was approved 💙. P.S.: If you've been waiting for years on your case, contact us to file a lawsuit for delay 👀! Seven-Year Asylum Wait Ends in Victory
