Vasha Got her Visa After 4Years of Waiting

Christopher and Vasha were finally reunited after we sued the government for the delayed spouse visa case! It took several HIL members to take this case to the finish line. Here's what happened: Christopher filed an I-130 petition for his wife, Vasha, in September 2018. After the I-130 was approved, they hired HIL in July 2020 to take over the case and help with the National Visa Center and embassy stages for consular processing. After submitting the requested documents, the case was halted at U.S. consulate in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. Frustrated with the lack of movement, Christopher and Vasha hired HIL's lawsuit team to sue the government and push them to work on the case again. Vasha was finally scheduled for a visa interview. After 4 years of patiently waiting, Vasha got her visa and is happily together with Christopher!
