What’s the cleanest path to come to the U.S if I am not in love

We get this question a lot. 

You know we spend a lot of time in our videos and our call-in show answering questions related to marriage-based or fiance cases, adjustment of status cases, or immigrant visa cases. 

In this video, we are going to talk about something different. The question we get so often is “How can I come to the United States and build a life there? 

So we are talking about people who are overseas, who want to come to the United States to start building the ladder towards U.S. citizenship, or lawful permanent residence status. 

And it is a pretty narrow path. It is a pretty steep ladder. So I want to make sure that you understand sort of the big picture and what it is going to take for this to happen.
