Building Foundation
From then, he decided to form this MUPENDA Foundation which hopes to serve non privileged communities, illiterate, indigenous people, and voice for voiceless, he plans to get resources and funds from different activities he may involve in including books he is writing, the work he might contract with different agencies, and in return will pay, these funds will automatically serve this purpose.
Upon arriving in the United States, he provided interpreting and translations to hundreds of immigrants, displaced people, refugees and asylum seekers which was part of the reason why he dedicated his work to founding MUPENDA Foundation to showcase the work he does which is not noticed or sound like unrecognised.
This will live forever as it will be serving anything in the interest of community free of charge as MUPENDA has always done.
Goals
The primary stated goals of the foundation are to provide information to non- non-privileged, illiterate communities across United States, EastAfrica, and Great Lakes region, it will reduce challenges faced by these communities in healthcare and reduce extreme poverty, and to expand educational opportunities due to available and easy access to information. Key individuals of the foundation include MUPENDA, His family including the wife, children.
Vision
This foundation's vision may help different people based on its available finances to advance their education and pursuing other goals in their life. MUPENDA FOUNDATION has also supported some individuals in East Africa to get anything to put on table, this was done based on the capacity, MUPENDA himself can be able to fund. MUPENDA Foundation should be known for guiding foreign born Americans who reached out seeking how they can go back to school, colleges, universities, and other form of trainings. There are many ideas to implement under this Foundation to be able to fund most of its existence and functions, these activities must be economical oriented and serving the interest of non privileged people. It will be having information in Swahili, Kinyarwanda, French and English.

We are a nonprofit fighting poverty, disease, and inequity around the United States and EastAfrica and Great Lakes region through research and availing information to those in need free of charge. We aim at providing information to non- English speakers, people who lack literacy, voice for other voiceless wherever they live around United States and EastAfrica. Mupenda came up with this idea after realising that his volunteer work goes unnoticed while those he provided it through are still gaining from his skills, and time provided, there was time where he thought he is helping humanity and in return money was paid to the organization he was volunteering for.
